We established a long-term partnership with tour operator Live Holidays to oversee and implement the digital marketing strategy for two of their brands: Travel Direct and Vietnam Direct.
We worked closely with the company’s IT and marketing teams to design and develop the travel brand’s websites supported by a CMS built on Umbraco.
The company engaged our Goal Oriented Website Design service to monitor and optimise conversion rates on these websites over a period of 24 months.
The websites were also integrated to reviews service Feefo and a call-tracking service to monitor the performance of call conversions
In addition to developing the travel websites, we planned, implemented and ran their online paid advertising campaigns on Google, Microsoft, and Facebook. We integrated the websites to Hubspot’s CRM, and designed and ran the brand’s email and social media campaigns.
To complement our Goal Oriented Design approach, we planned and rolled out a Content and SEO strategy for the company.
